At the start of 2008 Design Clarity was contracted by QIC to act as external retail design managers for their latest Robina Town Centre development on the Gold Coast in QLD. RDM for Westfield
Since 2005, Design Clarity has been responsible for design reviews, approvals and negotiations with key retailers, designers and contractors within various Westfield UK centres including Merry Hill, Royal Victoria Place, Castle Court Belfast, Guildford, and Derby. The role includes regular weekly site visits, design review meetings and daily contact with individual retailers, the leasing team and centre shop delivery coordinators.…
