Another great project for our friends at Nando’s. This restaurant concept was born out of the location and inspired by South Australia’s rural and agricultural heritage. The volume of the space allowed the formation of a feature barn-like structure with exposed trusses, rustic details, eclectic reclaimed objects and found machinery relics. A feast of texture is created with raw sandstone, shingles, recycled oxidised concrete reinforcing mesh and a tile pattern which gives a nod to the humble country table cloth.
