People’s Choice Credit Union relocated into their new build office tower on Flinders St at the end of 2015. Alongside the move was the design and fitout of their new flagship branch featuring retail technology to enhance the members experience and set PCCU apart from the competition.
Staff roam the branch with tablets and can flick content onto the LCD interactive screens. There’s a digital playtable to access information and services as well as recognition software and heatmapping to understand the different journeys travelled in-store. This flagship will be used as an experimental platform to trial new ideas and state-of-the-art technology.
