A spacious indoor plaza brings a relaxed, street-level atmosphere to the heart of the ground floor complex. The layout uses integrated landscaping and custom timber elements to frame the commercial facades, providing a natural gathering point beneath the building’s soaring multi-level structure.
The design balances hard architectural materials with soft organic forms. A large, matte black spherical planter hosts a mature indoor tree, casting natural shadows across the gray floor tiles, while an angular, low-slung wooden bench offers casual seating directly adjacent to the primary circulation pathways.
Above this rest area, the sports bar facade showcases a tight grid of wooden glass doors that echo the warm tones of the upper mezzanine balustrades. High overhead, a massive dark steel structural truss spans the volume, anchoring a strip of backlit perforated paneling that bridges the gap between industrial engineering and polished interior styling.
