The layout uses an open consultation zone to replace intimidating financial counter screens with accessible, side-by-side service desks. By removing physical glass barriers, the spatial design encourages collaborative face-to-face interactions between staff and banking members. This welcoming approach reduces transactional anxiety, making banking feel clear, conversational, and personalized
Two matching timber slat canopies slope upward across the ceiling, acting as architectural canopies that define the separate workstation zones below. These custom wood structures provide excellent acoustic buffering while adding linear warmth to the bright, modern white ceiling. Oversized, low-profile white dome pendant lights hang centrally beneath each canopy, spreading a soft, focused light over the timber-topped desks.
The back wall features an energetic, multi-toned blue chevron graphic that introduces a dynamic layer of corporate branding directly behind the computers. On the left, a tall vertical wood slat screen partitions a play nook, flanked by a tall black ceramic planter holding leafy indoor greenery. On the right, a multi-function printing and office storage counter is neatly integrated into the perimeter wall to keep staff workflows efficient and clear of the public floor.
