A heavy-timber display matrix organizes authentic oak aging barrels against a raw masonry backdrop, creating a highly specific visual anchor within the bar perimeter. The structured installation transforms aged distillery artifacts into an interactive design feature that reinforces the venue’s specialized hospitality narrative.

The custom racking system is constructed from thick, dark-stained timber beams arranged in a low-profile grid to support three tiers of full-sized wooden barrels. Each barrel head is finished with vintage stenciled branding and colorful logos representing celebrated Caribbean distilleries, introducing graphic texture to the cellar corner. Grounding the feature installation are matte, large-format flagstone floor tiles that provide a durable, liquid-resistant surface suited to heavy utility.

Behind the timber framework, an original sandblasted red brick wall rises to meet the ceiling, decorated with small, framed historical prints that catch the ambient room lighting. The horizontal alignment of the oak barrels creates a strong rhythmic pattern that contrasts with the vertical grid of the brickwork elevation. This focused display alcove successfully balances authentic historical props with precise commercial joinery, anchoring an educational touchpoint for patrons exploring the premium spirits collection.
