A wide perspective of the main experience floor highlights how a bold, architectural approach turns a traditional service branch into an immersive digital environment. The open plan design removes corporate division barriers, layout out clear tracks that flow naturally between high-tech areas and quiet consultation desks. This open arrangement ensures that a routine customer check-in feels interactive, transparent, and highly personalized.

The entry zone features a large multi-screen video wall framed in light oak panelling, instantly greeting arriving customers with crisp digital brand media. In front of this display, a series of mobile timber service pods and custom timber-topped tables replace traditional static reception counters to encourage casual, standing help. A bold chevron graphic trail is inlaid directly into the terrazzo floor tile, creating a distinct visual track that guides walking traffic deeper into the consultation zones.

Overhead, a blacked-out ceiling installation features a striking geometric grid of recessed linear LED strip lighting that emphasizes the store's deep perspective. The floor plan switches surfaces on the left, transitioning from the hard public walkway to soft blue carpet tiles beneath the seated advice desks and long upholstered bench seating. This careful pairing of natural wood grain, corporate blues, and smart directional graphics masterfully delivers on the flagship's high-tech, community-focused layout.
