A Bavarian Weisswurstfrühstück in Sydney

The Design Clarity studio enjoyed an old-style Bavarian Weisswurstfrühstück on a wintery weekend in Sydney. Our two German designers even donned their traditional dirndls for the occasion. The fare was a simple feast of white sausages, wheat beer, obazda (camembert paprika salad), and of course there were mountains of the obligatory super-sized pretzels. A great chance to catch up outside the studio environs, meet the partners, check out the Erskineville house and fill up on some hearty goodness.
