Here’s the Design Clarity take on the Shigeru Ban Paper House – in gingerbread and all totally edible. Put together by a team of design-driven domestic goddesses with a mean competitive streak. And it was all for a good cause. The gingerbread houses were part of this year’s Christmas competition held by Stylecraft and all entries donated to charity after the event. The infamous Balmain-based patissier, Adriano Zumbo judged the event and chatted to our gingerbread construction team about their secret technique for creating the perfect toffee glass windows.
