High-tech experience store
Design concept of an experience store for Zain, a leading telecommunications operator in the Middle-East.
The brief was to design an experience store in the Zain headquarters, to stand as a high-tech flagship store with a bold, brand-statement and city attraction feature.
With a focus to present customers with unique digital experiences (transactional services and entertainment) and cutting-edge technology, the most important part of the exercise was the design of the customer engagement journey relevant for all customer profiles.
The project consists of three areas across two buildings with a total of approximately 1,400m2.
As a hybrid space, Zain flagship combines retail & hospitality spaces as well as collaborative work areas for the staff.
