The secondary counter terminal handles high-turnover dining by wrapping a continuous conveyor track around an open kitchen viewing point. This smart placement turns food delivery into a dynamic piece of restaurant theater, capturing customer interest directly at the bar. The layout links digital ordering tools with immediate kitchen access to ensure a highly responsive, modern fast-casual service flow.

The service counter features a thick, light oak top supported by a base lined with stacked, horizontal cream timber tiles that add subtle architectural shadows. Surface-mounted digital ordering tablets are spaced neatly along the inner track rim, letting guests browse real-time menus and customize orders independently. Minimalist black metal barstools with slim hairpin legs line the bar perimeter, maintaining a low visual profile that keeps the main walkway feeling open.

The back wall features a playful, hand-drawn infographic mural that breaks down sushi ingredients into simple, stylized monochrome illustrations. This clean graphic canvas introduces a contemporary, streetwear-inspired branding layer that balances the warm wood grain and dark, blacked-out ceiling. In the background, the open chef station shines beneath bright task lighting and stainless-steel shelves, framing an energetic and highly efficient kitchen backdrop.
