Fresh Food Mall Design Concept
Design Clarity worked with Mirvac on the early stages of the Toombul Shopping Centre redevelopment direction. In under 3 weeks we presented a Fresh Food precinct schematic concept upgrade to allow leasing to key tenants to progress. The upgrade identified quick wins that provided maximum uplift for the Fresh Food mall anchored by Coles.
The scope included opening up the tenancies to achieve a ‘market feel’, shopfront and inter-tenancy divisions, treatment of common mall walls, explorations in flooring, ceilings, bulkheads, tenancy canopies, skylights, general mall finishes, customer pause points and furniture.
