The main cocktail bar functions as a high-octane visual anchor, deliberately designed to pull arriving guests deep into the grand hospitality interior. By inserting a gleaming, modern metal and glass structure into the historic architectural frame, the design establishes a luxurious focal point. This dynamic feature sets an energetic, celebratory tone for the entire brasserie experience.

The bar design pairs a traditional dark-panelled timber base with a thick, polished brass countertop that sweeps elegantly across the main floor lounge. Behind the counter, a spectacular back-bar display features hundreds of faceted bevelled mirror tiles that capture and multiply the ambient room light. Curved brass columns flank the display, organizing the storage shelves while adding a bold, art-deco-inspired element to the wall.

A row of retro-styled barstools upholstered in a soft, mint-green leather lines the service perimeter, introducing a playful pastel contrast to the deep blue walls. On the left, a large traditional station clock hangs high on the wall, nodding to the venue's classic British heritage. Large frosted globe pendants hang down directly over the counter, reflecting beautifully off the brass surfaces to create a warm, inviting glow for patrons.
