The dramatic double-height volume exposes the building's rich architectural history while introducing a contemporary hospitality layout. By pairing massive original structural timbers with highly polished metal fixtures, the design team creates a striking visual dialogue. This strategy celebrates the site's rugged industrial character within a luxurious brasserie context.

A multi-level mezzanine layout expands the venue's overall capacity by utilising the vertical volume of the heritage property. Thick, rustic oak beams run across the open ceiling, supported by historic white-painted cast-iron pillars that segment the lower drinking zone. Glass balustrades line the upper level, ensuring clear visibility between floors and keeping the spatial flow feeling open, unified, and energetic.

In the foreground, a custom freestanding island features a gleaming, pill-shaped polished brass countertop that reflects the ambient room lighting. Dark charcoal barstools frame the brass feature station, offering a comfortable, low-profile perch for casual drinks or express dining. In the background, the main service bar sparkles beneath a complex matrix of illuminated glass shelves, drawing guests deeper into the dynamic interior space.
