The external architecture implements a fully operable bifold facade system to dissolve the threshold between the interior dining floor and the shopping precinct promenade, actively expanding the restaurant's active trading footprint into a bright, airy alfresco setting.
The main entrance threshold utilizes full-height timber and glass bifold doors that fold completely away into the structural columns, leaving a wide, unobstructed portal into the restaurant. Mounted prominently onto the limestone-look perimeter pillar is a chunky, custom-fabricated timber blade sign featuring the iconic red brand typography. This organic signage element works in harmony with the natural wood wall panels visible deep within the indoor dining room.
On the concrete promenade, the outdoor dining area is organized behind a row of custom dark steel barrier screens lined with charcoal canvas panels emblazoned with the brand's signature rooster graphic. Linear timber-top tables are paired with lightweight, wire-mesh dining chairs finished in an earthy terracotta tone, adding a vibrant splash of heritage color to the open pavement. The layout provides a highly flexible and inviting transition zone that successfully captures high volumes of passing pedestrian traffic.
