The online browsing zone is structured as a high-density digital touchpoint that promotes customer self-service. Enclosed in a bold timber portal, the long consultation bar uses a highly graphic, repeating circular backdrop to separate the tech-focused area from the adjacent open thoroughfares and lounge zones.
The custom-milled service bar features a thick natural timber frame that sweeps overhead into a curved canopy, complete with integrated task downlights and crisp "online browsing" signage. The work surface is finished in a durable, white composite material, supporting multiple tablet screens and computer monitors. White-shelled bar stools with slim chrome legs line the counter to provide quick, ergonomic access for digital banking tasks.
The defining feature of this zone is the monochrome back-wall, constructed from a matrix of glossy black circular discs over a white substrate. This repeating geometric pattern injects dramatic visual movement and architectural texture into the deep retail plan. To the left, the layout transitions smoothly into the open avenue, where an orange greeting plinth and the distant community presentation space remain completely visible.
