The design incorporates specialized acoustic consultation alcoves to handle private transactions requiring higher security. By wrapping these functional service booths in a mix of warm timber framing and dark, horizontally grooved panelling, the architectural massing feels integrated into the open branch layout without disrupting the public floor flow.

The consultation kiosk is defined by its architectural materiality, pairing a white solid-surface base counter with a charcoal-grey, timber-slat facade. Large-format glass windows are recessed into deep, natural timber frames, providing physical and acoustic privacy for sensitive discussions while maintaining visual transparency across the retail floor. A vertical digital screen is mounted directly to the corner of the charcoal panelling, displaying real-time service indicators.

The flooring directly mirrors this spatial transition, shifting from the main grey vinyl with inlaid orange pedestrian stripes to a polished, light-grey concrete look finish that marks the private queue zone. A freestanding white triangular wayfinding pylon stands at the threshold, clearly guiding customers toward the private windows. In the background, the open teller counters and vibrant orange accent walls remain visible, demonstrating a balanced mix of open and semi-private service layouts.
