The main teller counter is re-engineered into a series of open, modular service stations that optimize transactional efficiency. The rear boundary is defined by an energetic orange backdrop, while flanking walls integrate community-focused graphic panels that tell the story of the bank's regional Western Australian identity.
The teller zone is configured with three distinct, crisp white modular counters detailed with dark charcoal accent lines and built-in digital display screens. This open layout removes traditional high security glass barriers to create a more personal and welcoming interaction. A freestanding timber and glass partition wall sits in the foreground, acting as a structural queue-management barrier that neatly catches the angled orange wayfinding floor graphics.
The perimeter walls feature a continuous band of graphics, combining a rich terracotta landscape photograph with floating circular text callouts that highlight local community stories and historical facts. Above the transaction zone, the ceiling transitions from a clean white plasterboard soffit to a recessed black acoustic grid with integrated track lighting and linear LED strips. This lighting scheme focuses illumination directly on the service desks, keeping the work surfaces bright and highly visible.
