The Bondi Lounge weaves plant life, varied seating and ambient light to offer a workspace where performance and wellbeing co-exist. Floor to ceiling glazing, rich materials and multiple seating postures allow choice: a quiet corner, a meeting nook or a more open lounge feel for breaks.

Here, spatial generosity meets human rhythm. Planting acts as a frame at the edges of the lounge, filtering light and helping to soften acoustics. Seating clusters range from low lounge chairs and sofas to more upright seats that support alert work. Textures—woven fabrics, layered rugs, and warm timber—interplay with smooth stone or hard surfaces to balance comfort and utility. Varied tones in upholstery create visual interest while still aligning with a cohesive palette of earthy greens, neutrals and soft accent colours.

The design supports movement: paths connect this lounge to adjoining zones, allowing for incidental interaction. Small tables are placed to accommodate solo focus or pair-work, while larger soft seating encourages group conversations or rest. Light is layered—diffuse daylight from windows, accent lighting to define zones, and softer uplights to reduce harsh contrasts. Overall, the Bondi Lounge represents how modern workplaces can offer more than desks: it becomes a space that acknowledges changing needs over the course of a day, encouraging both productivity and pause in equal measure.
