The overhead timber-slatted ceiling of the unit aligns with the broader architectural features of the mall, while the vibrant orange and blue highlights of the Sabroso! branding differentiate it from neighboring outlets. Mirrors and reflective surfaces are used strategically on structural columns to enhance the sense of space and reflect the brand’s energetic signage.
Integrated LED lighting at the base of the surrounding leather booths creates a floating effect that mimics the lit shadow gaps of the main service counter. This shared lighting language helps the brand’s footprint feel intentional and anchored within the larger hall. The relationship between the open kitchen and the communal seating ensures that the theatre of food preparation remains visible to diners, reinforcing the brand's commitment to freshness and transparency in a busy commercial setting.
