Semi-Private Consultation Booth

A timber-lined booth with built-in seating, soft lighting, and a digital screen, offering a semi-private space for one-to-one health or wellness discussions inside the store.

7/9

Vertical slatted timber, muted upholstery and a single globe light form a warm, approachable enclosure for quick consultations. The built-in screen links directly to the myTWC app, embedding digital guidance into the in-store experience.

A softly arched opening in pale timber frames a secluded nook set between regular retail shelving. Vertical battens wrap the walls, drawing the eye inward and dampening surrounding noise while maintaining a sense of openness. Two cushioned benches face each other across a compact table, upholstered in dark green and taupe to echo the brand palette without appearing clinical. A discrete globe light and back-mounted digital screen create a focal point and supply immediate access to app-based health tools or product information.

Placing the booth directly on the shop floor makes expert advice feel integrated rather than hidden behind closed doors. Customers can step in for a blood-pressure check, a brief wellness chat or to navigate digital services, then return seamlessly to shopping. The design elevates an everyday pharmacy interaction into a calm, tech-enabled micro-consultation, using simple materials and careful detailing to balance privacy, approachability and efficiency.
