Design Clarity was engaged to deliver Retail Design Management (RDM) services for the Oxford Village precinct repositioning, coordinating landlord requirements, tenant fitouts and centre-wide brand controls. The brief required strict compliance management, staged handovers and proactive contractor coordination to keep trading continuity while upgrading the mall environment.
Along the internal mall spine, Design Clarity’s RDM team orchestrated the alignment of multiple new and refurbished tenancies, ensuring each shopfront met centre standards while accommodating diverse operator requirements. Every façade treatment, lighting condition and service penetration was reviewed for compliance with the Oxford Village design guidelines developed as part of the broader precinct repositioning.
The medical centre, beauty operators and specialty retailers required bespoke coordination to reconcile clinical, acoustic and branding needs with the centre’s unified visual language. RDM oversight ensured glazing specifications, signage zones, after-hours security treatments and landlord back-of-house provisions were correctly implemented prior to tenancy handover. Through staged programming, contractor coordination and direct engagement with centre management, disruption to trading was minimised and all compliance documentation, snagging and practical completion sign-offs were completed on schedule.
