External identity upgrades at Oxford Village required meticulous coordination between brand intent, council constraints and complex façade geometries. At this secondary entry, the refurbished signage assembly demonstrates the outcome of sustained RDM governance. Design Clarity reviewed contractor shop drawings, validated fixing methodologies against façade substrates, and coordinated illumination requirements to ensure consistency with the centre-wide signage palette.

The team also mediated between landlord, contractors and specialist fabricators—resolving clashes relating to soffit services, alignment tolerances and interface materials.
