The main entrance sets the tone for the entire precinct upgrade, where Design Clarity’s RDM team ensured every architectural, signage and wayfinding element aligned with the landlord’s vision and tenant-delivery requirements.

At the street gateway, the bold Oxford Village identity is seamlessly integrated into the façade refurbishment thanks to disciplined RDM coordination between centre management, external designers, contractors and incoming tenants. Design Clarity oversaw the interface between base-build works and future tenancy fit-outs, making certain that structural adjustments, service provisions and signage placements remained compliant with development approvals and the centre’s design guidelines.

The approach lighting, façade cladding and branded soffit were reviewed and managed to ensure consistency with the precinct’s upgraded positioning. Clear access routes, temporary hoardings and staged construction interfaces were planned and communicated to stakeholders to minimise disruption along this busy inner-city corridor. This entrance captures the outcome of meticulous RDM processes: a unified, legible and commercially effective threshold that prepares retailers for successful occupation and presents the centre at its best from the very first glance.
