Part of Design Clarity’s RDM remit was the creation of a comprehensive signage strategy to regulate how the Oxford Village identity is expressed externally, ensuring consistency, compliance and long-term asset protection.
The signage strategy document served as the primary control mechanism for all external branding at Oxford Village. It defined mandatory parameters for tenants and contractors, including hierarchy, placement zones, typographic rules, illumination thresholds, material allowances and approval workflows. By establishing this framework early, Design Clarity ensured that future signage would integrate seamlessly with the upgraded façade, preserve sightlines, and maintain a unified visual language across the precinct. The document became the reference standard throughout the fit-out lifecycle, enabling clear decision-making, reducing design conflict, and safeguarding the landlord’s broader place-making objectives.
