Designing for services challenges the methods in traditional architectural and retail design. We need to work differently. We start with business strategy analysis where we research the commercial imperatives of our client. The focus needs to be people-centred and collaborative to allow our team to empathise and understand the target audience and end-user.
We facilitate workshops with key stakeholders, customers and staff allowing us to construct a point of view based on user needs and commercial insights. Once the challenge is clearly defined we can progress to the ideation phase to brainstorm and formulate creative solutions based on our collated insights. We build 3-dimensional case studies and we test and refine our solutions based on feedback analysis.
