Laurent Boulangerie & Patisserie is a French artisan bakery established in 1993 by Laurent Boillon in Melbourne. There are now 15 thriving retail stores as well as a successful wholesale business to food service customers.
Laurent was a pioneer of the use of stone baked sourdough and respects the traditions of artisan baking. This restaurant in the newly developed Eastlands centre is our first collaboration.
Design Clarity is currently working on another two Laurent sites in Camberwell and East Melbourne.
