Laurent Boulangerie & Patisserie is a French artisan bakery established in 1993 by Laurent Boillon in Melbourne. There are now 15 thriving retail stores as well as a successful wholesale business to food service customers.
Design Clarity was engaged to evolve the brand’s retail presence, whilst maintaining the heritage and elegance. Laurent was a pioneer of the use of stone baked sourdough and respects the traditions of artisan baking.
The Eastland Shopping Centre cafe has an external licensed seating area, plus internal dining for 100 patrons.
Design Clarity is currently working on another four Laurent sites.
