The architecture shifts the focus from a single point-of-sale counter to an open-plan concourse, driving retail engagement through intuitive spatial design, vibrant color zoning, and strategic lighting.

Design Clarity delivered full architectural design services for this comprehensive renovation, collaborating closely with the internal EVENT project management team. High-performance technical execution was brought to life by Abacorp, while specialized lighting design studio Llight developed the custom illumination schemas that define the atmosphere of the interior.

The spatial planning optimizes the complete arrival experience, integrating a modern self-service ticketing kiosk zone and a high-visibility digital ticket validation wall within the broader George Street foyer. By balancing crowd-flow efficiency with experiential retail hubs, the architecture creates a frictionless journey that heightens pre-screening anticipation and maximizes concession throughput.

The sprawling pre-movie lobby layout coordinates multiple specialized retail nodes to disperse high-volume crowds effectively, utilizing bold retro-inspired graphics and striking material contrasts to heighten anticipation before guests enter the theater auditoriums.
